Video: How To Reschedule or Cancel your Classes:

How to Reschedule or Cancel your Classes (remember, we require at least a 2 hour notice):

1. Find and open your confirmation email with your schedule (or use your text/email reminder links)

2. Click the Cancel/Reschedule Appointment button (scroll down, it's under your schedule)

3. Click the date you'll be absent

4. Press either Reschedule or Cancel:

    - Reschedule: the Reschedule button will take you to our calendar where you can click on any bolded date. From there, select your preferred available time, then press Reschedule. By doing this, you've notified us of your absence and make up class date.

     - Cancel: 

          - if you can't decide on a date, if your desired date is not available, or if the calendar is grayed out, press Cancel. If you don't press Cancel, you have not notified us of your absence and will be marked as a No Show. No Shows are not granted make up classes.

          - after you've pressed Cancel, you'll be emailed a Reschedule Code with a link and instructions on how to book your make up class.

5. Note: Make up classes cannot be booked before the 5th of the month (that's why you'll see the next month grayed out until the 5th).
